Q. "What forms of PAYMENT do you accept?"

A. We accept the following:

Credit Cards -- Mastercard & Visa

Paypal

Money Orders/Cashiers Checks (in US funds) --- no hold on your order, your order is shipped promptly!

Personal Checks (in US funds) --- checks are held for 10 business days to clear before your order is sent.

We recommend that you do NOT send Cash through the mail.

Q. "How is my package SHIPPED?"

A. We ship by USPS (United States Postal Service).

Sorry, we do NOT offer express shipping or overnight delivery.

Sorry, we do NOT ship COD.

Q. "Will you make a DONATION to our non-profit dog (rescue) group?"

A. As you can understand, we receive many, many requests for donations from extremely worthy causes from around the country...
unfortunately, with so many requests, we are unable to meet everyone's needs.

So we contribute only to selected charities.

A. We all know that anyone who is "on Cloud 9" is completely happy!

Cloud K9 ® is our unique version of a happy place just for Dog Lovers!
